Sinlge-phase RF card prepaid kWh meter

1. Application

It is used to measure single-phase AC active energy consume in 50Hz/60Hz frequency, at the same time has radio frequency (RF) card realize prepayment manage mode, i.e. buy electricity first use electricity behind. It is a perfect product that innovate energy using system and realize commercial energy

2. Function and features

2.1 Precise measure single phase AC energy
2.2 RF card prepaid, one meter with one card, can buy energy first use energy behind, energy use up auto cut off power supply.
2.3 when remain energy less or equal to the set warning energy, red LED will warning by blink, reminder user purchase energy in time.
2.4 when remain energy less or equal than switch-off energy, the meter relay will cut, the red warning LED will blink.
2.5 when remain energy equal to 0, the meter relay will cut, the red warning LED will light always.
2.6 if load over than the set load valve, meter will cut off power supply, and LCD will display load valve with twinkle.
2.7 the purchase card can copy back remain energy and total energy used in meter automatic.
2.8 the meter display remain energy and total energy used alternate, display digit is: remain energy is 4 integers and 2 decimal, total energy used is 5 integers and 2 decimal.
2.9 the energy data treat with check and rectify, insure the data is correct and trustiness.

4. Structure and work principle

4.1 structures

kWh meter's case is composed by meter base, cover and terminals, all element is installed in a PCB board and fixed to meter base by screws. Meter cover and terminals has lead sealing separate. The two LED lamp is pulse indication and users remain energy warning indication in separate

4.2 work principle

AC voltage and current separately passed by PT and CT change to small signal and send to energy measure chip, measure chip change the signal to energy pulse that frequency direct proportion to the used electric power and send to CPU, CPU measure energy pulse and compare with the RF card input, realize energy measure and prepaid control.

5 Function and using method

5.1 purchase energy.

User take RF card (energy purchase card) to the appointed energy sales place purchase energy, the operator will write purchased energy and related information to RF card (energy purchase card) by special energy sales system.

5.2 load energy.

After user purchased energy, let RF card (energy purchase card) press close to meter right side, after meter displayed the purchased energy, take out RF card (energy purchase card), load energy is finished.

Notice:

5.2.1 when load energy, if meter display Errc means the card is not belong to this user.

5.2.2 when load energy, if meter's remain energy add RF card's purchased energy more than 9999.99 kW.h, meter will display FULL, this time meter will not carry through load energy, the user should use energy continue, until the sum of meter's remain energy and RF card's purchased energy less than 9999.99kW.h, and then carry through load energy.

5.3 meter display information

in the order, the meter display remain energy and total energy used in alternate, display remain energy 6s time, display total energy used 3s time:

Other display information:

When insert clear card (RF card), display CLEAR

When insert set card (RF card), display meter software's version number.

When insert change meter card (RF card) , get information display CLEAR ，put information display READ 

5.4 Other

5.4.1 if total energy used reach to 99999.99, the value will go back to 0.

5.4.2 if total purchased times reach to 255, the value will go back to 0.

In operation, please press RF cards close to meter's right side induction area

Clear card:____1 #

Let meter renew to original status.

When insert "clear card", right warning LED is lighting always, LCD display 'Clear', relay is cut off.

(one "Clear card" can be worked with all meter, it is read only, can be used repeated)

Set card:____2 #

Before using the kWh meter, must use "set card" setting meter, then the meter can be used.

When insert "Set card" LCD will display 'FH15' ('FH15' is meter software's version number)

(one "Set card" can be worked with all meter, it is read only, can be used repeated)

Change meter card:____3 #

When meter go wrong, can use "change meter card" read wrong meter information to the card, LCD display 'clear'. After change to new meter, use "change meter card" again, put the information to new meter, LCD display 'read'.

User card:

Press "user card" to the right side of the meter, meter relay will switch on, right warning LED blink one time, LCD display L [remain energy] , the operation of Load energy is finished.

(1. First time using "user card", the kWh meter must be cleared by "clear card" and set by "set card". after meter is cleared and set, if insert one "user card", means this meter will only belong to this user, and no longer accept other "user card". the user can take this "user card" buy energy in later, the kWh meter can't be cleared and set again, if so, will lose all the information between this user and meter.

2. one "user card" can be only worked with one meter, if meter is cleared means this meter is changed to a new one, so the old "user card" will not belong to this new meter, if insert old "user card", meter will display "Errc")
